Người dùng có thể tạo bản đồ dưới dạng phác thảo hoặc tự tay thiết kế sơ đồ cho mình dựa vào các biểu mẫu và chủ đề có sẵn trong chương trình. Chương trình này chứa nhiều thành phần tùy chỉnh bản đồ khác nhau, hỗ trợ ảnh, ghi chú, tệp tin và hyperlink. Giống như XMind, ứng dụng Edraw Mind Map mang đến cho bạn hàng trăm mẫu sơ đồ có sẵn để lựa chọn.
XMind có 6 kiểu bản đồ, mỗi nhánh có thể chọn cách thể hiện khác nhau
- Mind Map: Là kiểu biểu đồ có trung tâm, bạn có thể thu thập thêm thông tin liên quan mà không quá khắt khe trong việc tổ chức, sắp xếp các thông tin xung quanh đó. Bạn có thể chia sẻ với cộng đồng để người khác đánh giá, phân tích.
- Org Chart: This chart has a pyramid form, making it easy for users to interpret information layers from high to low.
- Tree Chart: This is a form that helps you direct viewers from one topic to another.
- Logic Chart: Helps you divide the layout of small ideas, express, and supplement information for big ideas.
- Fishbone Chart: This is a fishbone chart, helping to connect topics so that they are seamless and logical.
- 2D Chart: A very useful tool in cause and effect analysis.

1) Clean the previous version with the dedicated uninsall software
2) Install the software and open it at least once -> Edit -> Preferences -> General -> Startup -> Check updates and news on startup: quit check (Apply)
and uncheck > Edit -> Preferences -> General -> Startup -> Send usage data: uncheck (Apply)
3) Go to the Crack folder and copy the Crack file into the software installation folder. The default is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\XMind
4) Add the following lines to the hosts file (edit the hosts file at: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc ):
0.0.0.0 xmind.net
0.0.0.0 www.xmind.net
5) Open the file "key.txt" get the key to enter the software
6) Done
